4. Payments & Billing

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur additional charges.

All intellectual property rights in our services, including software, designs, and documentation, remain the property of WebGo Group unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients retain ownership of their own data and content.

6. Limitation of Liability

WebGo Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual agreement. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
